ADT series desulfurization pump for power plant

With the new emissions standards arriving at a time when energy prices and global warming dominate the news, Flue Gas Desulphurization (FGD) technology has become the hot topic of power generation. Wet FGD technology, which is based on using limestone or lime as a reagent, is a wet scrubbing process and has been the FGD technology most frequently selected for sulfur dioxide (SO2) reduction from coal-fired utility boilers. The ADT series centrigual slurry pump are speical designed for transporting of the limestone or lime in the processing of the wet flue gas desulphurization. The new developed high chrome materials make the ADT pump get better performance at FGD processing!

ADT series  desulfurization pump for power plant ( DN≥300 mm ) is axial suction, single stage, single suction and suspending frame centrifugal structure.

In hydraulic & structure design, and material, the pump integrated application of advantages of domestic and overseas then add innovation, to keep high efficiency, energy-save, anti wear &corrosion, weak vibration, less noise, stable operation, long life, easy maintenance etc.

The comprehensive performance is in the leading level. It widely used in thermal power, aluminum smeltingand refining industries of desulfurization system transmission of limestone and gypsum slurry. Slurry chlorine content is up to 60000 ppm, slurry PH value is allowed between 2.5-13, temperature ≤65°C, weight density up to 60% .

Desulfurization pump is single case(volute) structure.
Impeller and shaft adopt screw connection.
Shaft seal adopt mechanical seal.
Frame part adopt thin oil lubrication model.
The wet end parts are including impeller, volute, frame plate liner insert,inlet 
short pipe use the metal developed by us of high chromium alloy material which 
could resist abrasion and corrosion.
